We fund and manage patent drafting, filing, and prosecution, and design patents that are ready for licensing, through two engagement modes: Purchase (Ark takes title and covers all costs) or Advisory (the owner retains title and we cover prosecution expenses except the official fees). When patents issue, we bridge them to revenue through the optimal channel, including direct licenses or sales to operating companies, transactions with NPEs and defensive aggregators, and litigation backed campaigns with funders and contingency counsel. Our economics are based on success, so Ark wins only when you do.
